Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

DAY 01
Arrival
Welcome to Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun! Airport transfers at a fixed time to your hotel and check-in (standard time: 15:00). Spend the rest of the day at leisure and savour an Indian dinner. Overnight stay in Osaka.
DAY 02
Osaka: Hiroshima Day Tour
Experience the thrill of the bullet train from Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Park & Museum, Atomic Bomb Dome, and Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island (ferry included). Return to Osaka via bullet train and enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Osaka.
DAY 03
Osaka: Local Sightseeing
Discover Osaka’s heritage at Osaka Castle (photo stop). Visit Umeda Sky Building to view the city from top. Stroll through the vibrant Dotonbori Street during free time. Overnight stay in Osaka.
DAY 04
Osaka: Kyoto Day Tour
Walk through the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and admire the iconic Golden Pavilion (Kinkakuji Temple). Later, visit the vibrant Fushimi Inari Shrine (photo stop). Enjoy Indian meals and return to your hotel. Overnight stay in Osaka.
DAY 05
Nagoya: Nara & Nagoya Tour
Explore Todaiji Temple and interact with deer at Nara Deer Park. Travel to Nagoya and visit Nabana no Sato, known for its floral displays (with illumination). Overnight stay in Nagoya after dinner at an Indian restaurant.
DAY 06
Tokyo: Mt Fuji & Hakone Area
Enjoy panoramic views from the Owakudani Ropeway and cruise on Lake Ashi (both weathers permitted). Enjoy view of Mt. Fuji from Lake Ashi cruise. (if weather permits). Overnight stay in Hakone or Tokyo with Indian meals included.
DAY 07
Tokyo: Local Sightseeing
Explore Tokyo’s highlights: Ueno Park, Asakusa Temple, and Nakamise Street. Photo stop at Tokyo sky tree. Visit Odaiba region witnessing statue of liberty and enjoy interactive exhibits at Team labs Planet. Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
DAY 08
Tokyo: Leisure
After breakfast, choose to visit Tokyo Disneyland or Disney sea (optional) or explore Tokyo’s highlights like Ginza and Shibuya Crossing on your own.
DAY 09
Departure
After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to the airport as this fantastic tour comes to an end.

  • Tokyo Disneyland/Disney sea including transfer (minimum 4 Pax) - INR 8500pp
  • Personal expenses (e.g., porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not included in the regular menu, minibar, telephone calls)
  • Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Costs for additional excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides not included in the itinerary

  • Standard check-in: 15:00, check-out: 10:00
  • Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability
  • Meals are pre-set and a-la carte is not possible
  • Reserves the right to make internal shuffles in the itinerary
  • Rooms may be double or twin based on availability.

Payment Terms

  • At booking: 25,000/- PP payment required
  • INR 50,000/- PP after Visa
  • 30 days prior to departure: Balance 100%
  • Any delay in payment will Incur 2% interest after due date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking amount is non-refundable
  • Flight booking amount (if booked with us) will be refunded as per flight cancellation policy
  • 100% of package cost 25 days prior to trip departure
  • 50% of package cost 25 to 45 days prior to trip departure
  • Booking amount 45 days prior to trip departure
  • In case of visa rejection, the entire booking amount will be refunded (except any visa related charges such as embassy/vfs fees/logistics charges).
