Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

DAY 01
Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok – Pickup
O n arrival at Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Gangtok ( 5,500 Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 02
Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir - Excursion
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms . / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms . / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Note: In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing ..
DAY 02
Darjeeling - Fullday Sightseeing with Tiger Hill
Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of token, if not possible at the time of Sunrise, then it will be covered in day time.) and then back to hotel. After breakfast, starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway (Note: Closed on 19th of Every Month), Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple(Peace Pagoda). Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 03
Gangtok to Pelling - Transfer Via Namchi
After breakfast check out from the hotel and take the departure transfers for Pelling (6,300 Ft.). Enroute visit Sai Temple and Siddheshwar Dham ( Chardham ), in Namchi . On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.
DAY 04
Pelling - Fullday Sightseeing with sky walk
After breakfast, start for a full day sightseeing tour. In first half, Rimbi waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake ( Wishfulling Lake) and Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In the second half cover the Pemayangtse monastery, Rabdantse ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Sang- Ngag Choling (Skywalk). Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.
DAY 05
Pelling to Darjeeling - Transfer
After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (6, 950 Ft.). On arrival check-in to hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling .
DAY 07
Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport – Drop
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and take departure transfer to Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey.

  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Important Notes

  • The above costs are Commissionable as per mentioned in TAC section and valid for Indian nationals only.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot).
  • We need Guest Name to process your booking.
  • Baba Mandir is New Baba Mandir.
  • Drivers do not speak English and are not in uniform. They can only communicate in Hindi or local languages. We kindly ask for your cooperation with them during your journey.
  • Permit is required for visiting Tsomgoo Lake and New Baba Mandir. It is mandatory for all guests to carry an original valid Government-issued photo ID proof (such as Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card and PAN Card are not accepted for issuance of the permit.
  • Upon confirmation of the tour, we request you to send us a scanned copy of the original valid photo ID proof that each guest will be carrying during the trip, along with a recent passport-size photograph of each individual. This documentation is essential to initiate the permit process and ensure a hassle-free experience for the guests.
  • We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
  • Vehicle as per mentioned itinerary only (Not on disposal)
  • Maximum 06 heads are allowed in 01 Crysta including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle as per mentioned cost.
  • All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.
  • The guest should always keep cool with the drivers, as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
  • We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances, we would request them to contact our executive.
  • As all of the services are on point-to-point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind, please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle, as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle.
  • In this sector, the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any confusion.
  • If any tourist spot is not covered, which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
  • Standard Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so - you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis - morning & evening. Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourn by the guest directly.
  • A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
  • For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
  • The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability & can be added with supplement cost only as mentioned . We cannot give you any guarantee for Nathula pass but we will try.
  • Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgoo Lake - Baba Mandir , except Monday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Monday .
  • NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the last minute is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents.
  • We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be until New Baba Mandir . In case the permit is available, one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost.
  • The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok, we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
  • In high season, authorities will issue limited permit . We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
  • Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Landslide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour. Also, note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they cannot visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
  • In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent-s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case, no refund would be applicable.
  • Every group has a Trip ID like 12345
  • Do not forget to put the booking number on every communication related to the travel plan.
  • You will have to pass the booking to respective mail ID mentioning Itinerary, Guest name and contact number
  • Exact name of all passengers travelling with the breakup of number of Adults and Room required, Extra Person sharing the room (EPSR), Child with Bed (CWB), Child with No Bed (CNB) & Infant.
  • Arrival & departure date.
  • Necessary photo id proofs and photographs to process permits as per rule.
  • Tour division will get back to you with your booking reference no (Trip ID) along with confirmations with the payment details within 12 -24 hrs. In case you do not hear from us within 12hrs, please re-send the query once again.
  • The above-mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.
  • Categories of Rooms in the packages are based on base category rooms, unless specified.
  • Do not treat this mail as a confirmation of booking as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation. Price and services may change at the time of confirmation. Confirmation of booking is based on written communication only.
  • We reserve the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of nights in each destination and without compromising with any services.
  • The rates are valid for Indian nationals only. (Foreigners / OCI / NRI have completely different Plan & pricing)
  • Rates, services and operations are subject to change.
  • As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
  • Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
  • It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
  • A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
  • Although your package includes all two meals as per itinerary , i.e., breakfast and dinner, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during your journey.
  • Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.

Payment Terms

  • 50% of the package cost as advance deposit upon confirmation.
  • Balance Payment must be made in advance and paid before 30 days as per the departure date.
  • Billing instructions (Billing Name, Billing Address with pin code, Buyer GSTIN) are required.
  • Tax Invoice will be given after completion of services.
  • We do not accept Cash Receipts or Cash Payments in Account. If any cash is deposited in our Bank Account it will be considered as 100% penalty & no service will be rendered.

Cancellation Policy

  • 0 to 30 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee on Net Tour Price (per person)
  • 31 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee on Net Tour Price (per person)
  • 61 to 90 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee on Net Tour Price (per person)
